The IPO travelled to the Islands of Hawaii (Oahu, Kona, and Maui) to learn from industry experts and academia.
Maui Gold Pineapple Company hosted a visit to the Palntation and Packing Facilities by senior management.
The culmination of visit was a luncheon with Phds Duane Bartholomew and Robert Paull (Co authors of the Pineapple industry tome: "Pineapple: Botany, Production & Uses"

The inaugural IPO Global Pineapple Conference (GPC) was held in San Jose, Costa Rica at the Marriott Hotel and brought together 58 Leaders from major Pineapple operations and the Pineapple Supply Chain. The vent was an immediate success and set the tone for future Global Pineapple Conferences.
