If you are not completely satisfied with a product you've purchased, simply contact us within 24 hours of purchase for a complete full refund. The IMO will refund within 30 days of agreed requested purchase price. Some exceptions apply.

 

You will receive a confirmation e-mail of the requested refund. If ordered by credit card, we will credit your account within 14 business days. Refund will show on following statement depending on your bank and/or billing cycle. If paid by wire or check, any fees and charges will be deducted and the balance returned by check to you within 30 days.
